Enrollment process for Blooming Education Co-Op
Step 1. Inquiry Submission
Prospective families begin by completing the Blooming Education Inquiry Form.

Family goals for participation in the co-op
Next Action:
Upon submission, families will receive an acknowledgment email within two business days, along with an invitation to schedule a Family Interview.
Step 2. Family Interview
A 20–30 minute meeting is conducted via Zoom or phone with a Blooming Education representative. During this discussion, we:
Review the student’s academic background and learning style
Outline the structure and expectations of the virtual co-op model
Discuss parental involvement and instructional pacing
Review each program tier (Sprout, Blossom, Harvest) and identify the most appropriate placement
Outcome:
Families will receive an Enrollment Offer Email within 24 hours, containing a recommended tier, a summary of program features, and a link to the official enrollment forms.
Step 3. Program Tier Selection
To finalize placement within the co-op based on the student’s learning needs and the family’s preferred level of support.
Available Tiers:
Sprout: Independent option providing curriculum access, pacing guides, and basic support.
Blossom: Includes all Sprout features plus guided teaching support and monthly progress reviews.
Harvest: Comprehensive mentoring tier offering individualized feedback, frequent progress check-ins, and priority communication access.
Step 4. Enrollment Forms & Documentation
Each family must complete and sign the following digital documents:
Student Information Form
Parent/Guardian Agreement (acknowledgment of co-op policies and procedures)
Technology and Internet Use Agreement
Medical/Emergency Information Form (if applicable)
Media Release Form (optional)
Family Handbook Acknowledgment
All forms are submitted securely through Blooming Education’s online platform.
Enrollment is not considered complete until all required documents are received.
Step 5. Tuition & Enrollment Confirmation
Upon form completion, families will receive a tuition invoice corresponding to their selected program tier. Payment may be submitted via monthly or semester installments through our secure payment system.

Once payment is processed, Blooming Education will issue a Welcome Packet containing:
Enrollment confirmation and start date
Orientation details and login credentials for the Family Dashboard
Curriculum access instructions
Supply list and technology setup guide
Step 6. Orientation & Onboarding
Newly enrolled families participate in a Virtual Orientation Session prior to the start of classes. Orientation includes:
Overview of online platforms and access procedures
Explanation of communication channels and progress reporting
Review of expectations for students and families
Introduction to instructional staff and support resources
Following orientation, families will receive a Getting Started Checklist summarizing key next steps.
Enrollment Completion
A student’s enrollment is considered complete once all of the following are fulfilled:
Inquiry and interview completed
Program tier confirmed
All required forms submitted and signed
Tuition payment processed
Orientation attendance confirmed
Upon completion, families gain full access to the Blooming Education Family Dashboard and learning materials
